My Sample is Listed as ‘Done’, but I’ve Seen No Data
HAVE YOU CHECKED YOUR EMAIL? If the sample was done, we have sent out an email to the person listed as owning that sample (Login name). Perhaps your sample produced no data at all – the email should tell you. Check your spam-filters, too, since so many emails are inadvertently stopped. Thank the spammers for that one.
Was the sample submitted under someone else’s name? The emails would have gone to their address, not yours, and the chromatograms would be in their download area.
After you have considered these possibilities, if you still can’t find your results sequencing run, please contact the Core Director.
