RT2 Profiler Targeted Gene Expression Analysis

These targeted arrays analyze expression of a panel of 84 genes associated with any one of over 150 biological pathways or specific disease states. PCR Arrays are the most reliable tools for analyzing the expression of a focused panel of genes. Each 384-well plate PCR Array includes SYBR Green-optimized primer assays for a thoroughly researched panel of relevant, pathway- or disease-focused genes. PCR Arrays can also be customized to contain a panel of genes tailored to your specific research interests.

|Sample Requirements||A minimum of 100 ng total RNA for Standard Processing
A minimum of 25 ng total RNA for High Sensitivity Processing
|Typical Turnaround||3 to 4 weeks, however, timing is dependent on availability of arrays, which are purchased as needed.|
|Critical Information||RNA quality and concentration are confirmed for an additional fee (see QC FAQ) before beginning any Microarray project. Please consult with the Manager before submitting samples that are known or suspected to be of low concentration or highly degraded (i.e., from FFPE sources).|
