NextGen Bisulfite Sequencing
Detection and quantification of methylation. Methylated DNA is treated with bisulfite which converts unmethylated cytosines to uracil. Methylated cytosines remain unchanged. This service yields the bisulfite-converted genomic libraries, but sequencing is an extra expense. Please consult with your bioinformaticist to determine appropriate parameters for sequencing, and required depth of sequencing.
