An interactive introduction on how to automate image processing and analysis using the FIJI macro language. Attendees are asked to bring a laptop to work along with the examples. Basic experience using FIJI (e.g. IAN01) or exposure to a computer programming language are beneficial but not required.  Time commitment: 2 hours. Offered once per semester. Cost: $20.
