TotalSeq™ Integrated End-to-End Solution for Single-Cell Multiomic Analysis

January 17 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

Monday, January 17, 2022 @ 1:00 PM

Presented by: BioLegend & the BRCF Advanced Genomics Core

As specialized life science and medical applications continue to advance, there is an increasing demand to develop cutting-edge technologies. Within the era of single-cell analysis, proteogenomics is a rapidly evolving and highly impactful approach to interrogate biological systems and critically test hypotheses through sequencing-based methodologies, powered by antibody-oligonucleotide conjugates. New workflows, such as CITE-Seq (Cellular Indexing of Transcriptomes and Epitopes by Sequencing), seamlessly integrate these conjugates into existing single-cell sequencing protocols to allow simultaneous protein and RNA characterization.

In this webinar, we will be focusing on TotalSeq™, BioLegend’s oligonucleotide conjugated antibodies that can be incorporated into several sequencing platforms, and discuss applications where this technology has been implemented. In addition, we will discuss the BioLegend offerings and analysis software to support this technology.
