Andrea Hodgins-Davis is a rogue evolutionary biologist with a love for flow cytometry and fluorescent proteins. Andrea has been working in flow cytometry since 2015 and joined the BRCF Flow Cytometry Core in 2021. Andrea has a Ph.D. in yeast evolutionary genomics and spent a postdoc at the University of Michigan studying mutational effects on fluorescent protein expression as a Flow Core user. She is excited to work with researchers from across the university to support their flow cytometry goals.
