The Advanced Genomics Core has acquired the 10x Genomics Xenium, an instrument that enables transcriptomic analysis at a subcellular level while maintaining spatial context.

This technology comes with pre-validated biologically relevant targets for tissue panels, and up to 100 additional targets can be customized based on the area of interest. Current panels include mouse brain and human breast, and human brain and human lung panels will soon be available.

Additionally, standalone custom panels can be designed with up to 300 genes for specific research questions. We believe this technology will provide new insights into biology and enable researchers to address a variety of scientific questions.
